Being the younger brother of Elisabeth, I share her time in Nueva Andalucia, apart from some periods running Real Estate Projects in Panama and Antigua & Barbuda.

Having been involved in Real Estate Development and management for several large developers and agencies since mid-1980s I really enjoy the challenges of planning, selling and executing projects as well as operating them. Feeling at a bit of an advantage, having spent so long time in the area which gives local knowledge and contacts. I would consider myself more as a partner of the client, making sure that they actually find what they are looking for and suits their requirements and expectations, rather than guiding them into something which happens to be available. Nothing better than a pleased client, whether seller, buyer or developer to recommend you for the long run relationship.
